Dear Wornick Community,

Today, the Board is delighted to share some exciting news with the community. We feel grateful and humbled to announce that our Head of School, Adam Eilath, has agreed to renew his contract that will extend for the next five years.

Establishing a long-term agreement with Mr. Eilath was one of the Board's main priorities this year as his thoughtful and innovative leadership has fostered a vibrant culture alive with a love of learning. Mr. Eilath's ability to pivot during the pandemic and work with his team to create a plan to offer a flexible hybrid learning program was just one of his many successful accomplishments during his time at Wornick. He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that families stayed connected to the community at large during this unprecedented year. The Board also wishes to thank Mr. Eilath for leading a robust Health and Safety plan during this year.

We are excited to continue to work with such an ambitious, strategic, forward thinker and thrilled that the school will benefit from his leadership, vision, and stability for years to come.
