Volunteer At Wornick
The PTO provides an environment where parents can contribute their time to their child’s school. This opportunity enhances their own and their child’s experience of the Wornick Day School. The PTO Room Parent system strengthens our ability to communicate with parents on school-wide and class specific activities. The Mentor Program reaches out to new families with information and friendship. Our Hot Lunch program speaks to the nutritional needs of our children and the time constraints of our working parents.
Jewish tradition values and encourages volunteerism. Parents become a part of the school community and meet other parents, building friendships among all.
