Waiting for Batteries...Thanks for your patience

As all of you know, we have been without computers since the beginning of the school year due to a battery recall from Apple.

After a full examination, our school had 33 batteries that were up for recall.  After completing the list of batteries, I sent in an official request to Apple to have the batteries replaced.  They told me it would be a few weeks, as many as 4-6.

Since my initial request, I have been in constant contact with Apple and our Apple rep seeking updates.  She has assured me that the batteries should be coming any day now.

I want to thank all of you during this immense trying crisis (well, at least for the students :)).  The response and support from both parents and students has been exceptional.  Thank you again.

As soon as we receive the batteries we do our best to get the computers back in the students’ hands ASAP.
