Camp Del Oro Grade 6-7 Day 2
May 11, 2010
Our first full day started beautifully today with sunny (yet cold!) skies and a great breakfast. The kids all are doing well and getting a great taste of some of the prettiest country in our great state of California. Today our awesome team of naturalists lead the kids in more team-building exercises, as well as a wonderful canoeing expedition on the lake here at the camp. We hope you enjoy a few more photos from today, and you all should be able to find your kids in at least one of these photographs.

Camp Del Oro Grade 6-7 Day 3
The highlight of our last full day here at Camp Del Oro was the "Vertical Playpen", a magnificent, imposing 40+ foot tall ropes course. The kids (and even a few teachers) attacked the course with enthusiasm, trust, bravery, and a lot of laughs and encouragement. We had 100% participation, and it was an extraordinary experience for all of us. Our day ended with a rousing campfire (with s'mores, of course) and a terrific talent show.
