Support the Wornick 8th Grade Israel Trip

Wornick is partnered with the Reali School in Haifa, Israel. All grades including kindergarten are involved in this close, informative relationship that makes Israel ‘real’.

An exchange program exists between the schools. Each summer, Wornick teachers visit Reali, and each fall, students and teachers from Reali visit Wornick.

Thank you for your support of this strong and valuable program.

In addition to the partner school relationship, the students in the 8th Grade visit Israel to consolidate their knowledge, and achieve the pinnacle of the Jewish Day School educational opportunity. The trip to Israel is paid for by the families of the 8th Grade students, with additional funds raised by the students themselves. By donating to the Jewish National Fund Plant a Tree program, you can support the 8th Grade trip to Israel. For every $36 donated, JNF gives $18 to Wornick.
