I will be away from school

Dear 4B & 4B Math Parents~

On May 9th, I’ll be starting a 300 mile bike ride from
Jerusalem to
Eilat. I will be away from school from May 8th to May
19th. I am undertaking this once in a lifetime
opportunity to raise money for two worthwhile
organizations and to continue to bring Israel into the
hearts and minds of my school and community.

This trip will in no way compromise the learning and
development of the 4B class. Please understand that
in my absence, the students will be left to the care
and guidance of a substitute teacher (as well as the
entire Wornick staff) who will be left with lesson
plans that continue our exceptional 4th grade
curriculum. The students will be prepared in advance
to insure their smooth transition during this two week
period.
