Dear Wornick Family and Friends, Thank you for attending this year's Spring Celebration and supporting our cherished Wornick Jewish Day School.  It was a wonderful opportunity to honor our dedicated and beloved teachers.   We raised substantial funds for our school and a great time was had by all!

Pulling off such an event takes a full team effort and I had the pleasure of working along side some amazing parent volunteers and Wornick staff.  Many people played integral roles in ensuring that the evening was special and a success.  I'd like to thank The Spring Celebration Committee and let everyone know their important roles:

• Julia Galperin--Wonderful Silent Auction/Class project coordinator
• Audra Greenspan--Gorgeous and creative Decorations
• Marty Izenson- Inspirational Fund-the-Need presentation, and with his group of talented musicians, beautifully set the tone for the evening
• Kathryn Karp--Board liaison, silent auction assistance
• Joelle Kaufman--resident rockstar, in every way
• Luba Kisilyuk--hotel and catering assistance
• Corinne Lipman--Coordinated the beautiful hotel and delicious catering
• Josh Lipp--Created the nostalgic and moving video presentation
• Mary  Lipp--Also created the nostalgic and moving video presentation
• Kari Mualmy--Special and beautiful butterfly decorations
• Naomi Preston--overall support, on-site decorations
• Amy Sosnick-- The Incredible Ad/Tribute Book, an amazing and special momento, not to mention, incremental dollars
• Dana Spanger--The awesome Live Auction items
• Michele Stafford--the adorable Invitation, save-the-date, stationary, Ad Book and all graphic design coordination
• Judy Thalheimer--Registration/Auction

I want to extend a Special Thank You to our incredible Wornick event staff:

I want to thank again, our fabulous Joelle & the Mensches, who gave the dazzling performance of the night (soon to be immortalized on YouTube): Joelle Kaufman, David Berger, Stu Birger, Jason Feinberg, Abe Smith and Paul Lipman, our fearless Wornick Dads, who entertained us and sang songs, and to Stacy Fradkin, my collaborator in writing them. And a huge thank you to everyone who worked along side the committee the day of the event to make it all that it was:  Ken Horowitz, Caron Tabb, Anu Bhalla-Levine, Tami and Bob Osheroff, Sherry and Brian Lipson, Mandy Eisner and Alisa Spivak.
