Reali School of Haifa Visit Last Thursday and Friday we were able to spend quality time with our visitors from the Reali School! Our eighth graders are looking forward to reconnecting with their Reali peers in March in Israel.

Second Harvest Food Bins As we celebrate our fall holidays, let's please remember those who are not as fortunate and fill the food bins for JFCS (Jewish Family and Childrens' Service) in our lobby. Any unopened non-perishable food items (i.e., pasta, canned goods, rice, peanut butter, etc.) are appreciated. Please be sure to put any food with nuts in a sealed paper bag. Road and Safety Improvements on South Road Please be sure to abide by of all of our new road signs. It only takes a split second for accidents to happen. | | Tikkun Olam in November Tikkun Olam Day of Service - November 6 from 1:00-7:00 p.m. In honor of Wornick's 30th birthday, our community has a fantastic opportunity to serve at the First Step complex for an afternoon of service. We'll be rolling up our sleeves and spreading some joy by hosting some games and crafts, throwing a movie party with a concession stand for our K-3 students to run, yard and day-care clean up help and a chance to yarn-bomb a tree! Thanksgiving Food Drive - we will once again prepare 36 Thanksgiving meals for Life Moves (formerly InnVision Shelter Network). Donate food, help pack or deliver - the sign up will come out November 7.
Generations Day - Hunger Banquet for Middle School students and their visiting family members. A Hunger Banquet is a memorable, interactive event that brings hunger and poverty issues to life.
Save the Date: Fall Book Fair will be held the week of November 28 - December 2. Common Ground Speaker Series - School Rep Needed Wornick needs one more Common Ground school representative to liaise with the organization that brings us fantastic speakers and learning opportunities.
