Athletic participation encompasses more than just the physical needs of the student athletes, but also provides each child with an emotionally safe environment that challenges the individual to succeed. Understanding the ingredients of a healthy spirit and body combined with a healthy dose of sportsmanship and self-esteem are the cornerstones of the Wornick JDS program. Each child will emerge from the Wornick Physical Education and After School Sports Programs with a better understanding of who they are, and who they can be, while learning how to be a team player in society.
