Age Recommendation for Kindergarten

We recommend that our kindergarten students turn 5 years old by September.

What We Look For
in Our Students

In the admission process from kindergarten through 8th grade, Wornick Jewish Day School is looking for students who share these qualities:

The academic ability to cope, benefit and thrive in a dual curriculum school.
Eagerness and motivation to learn.
Skills and talents inside and outside the classroom.
Character traits that reflect the school's mission (honesty, tolerance, responsibility, etc.).
Motivation to be in a Jewish school.
The school will not be able to accept children whose needs (academic, emotional or behavioral) we cannot meet.

Tuition and Fees

2008-2009 School Year
Kindergarten:	$15,000
Grades 1-5:	$15,900
Middle School:	$18,100
PTO	$100 for family with one child and $90 per student for family with multiple children
